All made to order fine diamond jewellery and engagement rings are handcrafted in Canada or the United States and are made-to-order. Due to the handmade nature of this manufacturing process, orders can take up to 8 weeks to fulfill.

All shipments are fully insured and traceable. Shipping services can be selected at checkout.

International orders (placed from outside Canada) may be subject to duties/taxes, which will be charged by your local customs office. You are legally required to pay these duties/taxes.

We only sell or purchase diamonds that are fully compliant with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties. For more information on our sustainability and ethical sourcing policies, please contact us. 

Loose diamonds are eligible for a full return up to 7 days after delivery. Please contact michael@thegemnerd.com to request a diamond return.

Standard collections jewellery is eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of receipt. A 50% restocking fee to cover manufacturing and labour costs applies. Custom jewellery is final sale.

Return shipping is included on all returns and exchanges.

Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
